Foundation Resources and How to Apply for Assistance

Eligible families with a child with special needs may apply for partial financial assistance from the Carrie Tingley Hospital Foundation through our Patient & Family Assistance Program. The process is easy. Set up an appointment with the social worker at Carrie Tingley Hospital by calling 505-272-5200 as your first step. They will talk with you about your needs and what resources are available.

The Foundation's Program helps with medical or therapeutic equipment not covered by insurance, travel expenses for their child's surgery or treatment, family vehicle repairs or modifications (like a van lift), or a home modification (like a wheelchair ramp).
