Q. How can I confirm or reschedule an appointment with my child’s doctor?
A. For all health care-related inquiries (including medical records), please call the UNM Carrie Tingley Hospital directly at 505-272-5200.
Q. How can I apply for assistance from the Carrie Tingley Hospital Foundation?
A. Families may be eligible for assistance through the Carrie Tingley Hospital Foundation. There is an application process that a patient’s family must complete with a Social Worker at UNM Carrie Tingley Hospital. Call 505-272-5200 for an appointment. The Social Worker will work with the family on determining eligibility. Depending on financial need, families are generally eligible for assistance up to one time a year.
Q. How can I register my child for the Summer Wheelchair Sports Camp?
A. Registration opens in April for the 2010 Camp, scheduled for the week of June 7-11th. Please call 505-243-6626 and ask for Pearl Clark to learn more about the program and how to register. Parents may also apply to volunteer at the Camp, if interested.
